A Site Plan identifies buildings and other features in relation to property boundaries. Site plan drawings submitted for approval shall be prepared by an engineer or qualified designer and should include the following:
- Scale
- North Arrow
- Lot Lines and dimensions
- Existing and proposed construction and dimensions
- Proposed changes to existing grade
- Building footprint
- Drainage facilities
